- The correct names, job titles and company information
- A suitable photograph
- The photographer or image credit
- Permission to provide the image for publication
- Your contact details
- Any relevant requested publication date
We may contact you if we need clarification or additional information before reviewing or publishing your submission.
What happens after you submit?
Free submissions
Your story enters our standard editorial consideration process.
Our editors will decide whether the story is suitable for Rising News. Because this is a free service, we do not guarantee how quickly a submission will be reviewed or whether it will be published.
Priority Review submissions
Once payment and all required material have been received, your submission enters our priority review queue.
An editor will review the story and may edit the headline, introduction, structure or promotional wording to meet Rising News editorial standards.
If accepted, we will publish the article and send you the live link.
If we decide the submission is not suitable for publication, the £59 fee will be refunded in full.
Our editorial independence
Whether you submit for free or use Priority Review, the same editorial standards apply.
Payment buys priority access to our editorial review process. It does not buy editorial control or guaranteed publication. Rising News retains the final decision on:
- whether a story is accepted;
- the final headline;
- wording and editing;
- images;
- publication timing;
- category;
- placement; and
- whether an article is subsequently corrected or updated.
