Ben Davison and his Axiologik co-founders are expanding the Leeds digital consultancy they created a decade ago, with nine new hires following a 50% increase in revenue over the past three years.
Davison founded the business alongside Adrian Stanbury and Rob Stanger after the trio spent years working on large-scale transformation programmes and repeatedly encountering many of the same problems around digital delivery.
Ten years on, the company has grown into a team of more than 100 people working across digital, technology and AI consultancy. Davison now oversees growth and strategy, Stanbury leads delivery and Stanger is responsible for operations. Axiologik
The latest phase of recruitment has seen nine people join Axiologik since August, following two further appointments earlier in the summer.
The new hires span architecture, delivery, product, engineering and AI, service operations and cyber resilience, strengthening areas the business sees as increasingly important to clients.
The expansion follows Axiologik’s strongest period of growth to date, with revenue increasing by 50% over three years.
During 2026, the consultancy has worked with organisations including BNP Paribas, TPT Retirement Solutions, Zenith, the Bank of England and Genomics England, alongside longstanding public-sector relationships with the NHS and Home Office.
For Davison, the latest recruitment drive is part of preparing the business for its second decade.
He said: “As we enter our second decade, we’re continuing to invest in our people and capabilities.”
People have remained central to Axiologik’s positioning as it has grown. The company is a certified B Corp and says it now has more than 110 experts working across the UK.
It has also broadened its services during 2026, introducing new assessments focused on cyber resilience and AI readiness.
The cyber expansion follows a reported 600% increase in the company’s cyber consulting work during 2025, while its AI work is focused on helping organisations understand whether their technology, data and operations are ready for larger-scale adoption.
The growth gives Davison, Stanbury and Stanger a significantly larger business than the consultancy they established ten years ago, but with the founders still directly involved in its strategy, operations and client delivery.
